A1. It is momentary. The contact closes only while the dome is pressed, which suits standard request-to-exit logic and prevents doors being left unlocked.

A2. Yes. Wire both units in parallel on the NO circuit. Keep total cable length under 100 m and use 0.5-1.0 mm² conductors.

Q3. Does the 28 mm projection interfere with door swing?
A3. Mount the plate flat on the frame face, not on the leaf edge, so the 28 mm body sits inside the frame rebate and clears the door travel.
