1.Circuit board: The circuit board of inferior magnetic lock is rough printing and layout. It does not use VDR (Usually there should be two pcs on the PCB), and there is only one voltage input.
2.resistance: The resistance of a good magnetic lock is about 50Ω.
3.Current: After 12V voltage is applied.If the current of 280kg magnetic lock is 400-450 ma,it`s good.
4.Insulation value: The larger insulation value of the magnetic lock is the better quality.The insulation value should be more than 50 MΩ.
Glue filling inspection: The glue inside should be flat and tidy without cracks and square angle without bubbles.
6.The shell process: The lock shell generally is oxidation wire drawing or oxidation sand blasting.Especially oxidation sand blasting is the best.
The wire drawing and the sand blasting shall be neat.The cutting surface of the shell shall be flat.
7.Voltage: The lock still work at low voltage, but the holding force is reduced.The lock would be hot when it work at high voltage. Attention to the temperature rise.If their temperature rise over 20 degrees,they are inferior products.Generally, we can get the temperature data within one hour.
8.Acidity test: Apply weak acid on the steel cutting surface of the lock body. The good lock would be oxidized after 45 minutes.The inferior lock would be oxidized after 15 minutes. In addition.Put the lock body in water, those lock which blackened within 24 hours are inferior.
9.Finish: Drop water-drops on the steel cutting plate of the lock body.If it flows smooth,it has excellent finished.
10.Lock body electroplating: Check the electroplating quality at the corners of the lock body. If there are wrinkles and dark, the electroplating of the lock is not good.
